Dr. Lo and the staff were very kind and helpful. They listened to my concerns and provided Solutions to my needs and comforts and not their preference and
not what was best for their wallet. The staff thought to ask the doctor questions that I wanted to know but forgot to ask. I left the office feeling relaxed and confident that I was in good hands.
