I had a small procedure by Dr. Lo. He and his staff were absolutely amazing! Brandi went out of her way to call my insurance to clarify coverage (when really it should have been the surgery center clarifying). They were always very kind. Brandi also squeezed me in at the end of 2018 to make sure I took advantage of the fact that I had already paid my maximum deductible for my insurance. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality plastic surgeon.
